Every year there are more than 400,000 American children who are torn away from their friends, schools, and homes to pick the food we all eat. Zulema, Perla and Victor labor as migrant farmworkers, sacrificing their own childhoods to help their families survive. The Harvest/La Cosecha profiles these three as they journey from the scorching heat of Texas’ onion fields to the winter snows of the Michigan apple orchards and back south to the humidity of Florida’s tomato fields to follow the harvest.
From the Producers of the Academy-Award® Nominated film, War/Dance, and Executive Producer Eva Longoria, this award-winning documentary provides an intimate glimpse into the lives of these children who struggle to dream while working 12 – 14 hours a day, 7 days a week to feed America.

Marketing production for Jobilla, a Finnish AI-powered recruitment platform streamlining hiring. Expertise in content design and production across all channels, including email, web, social, and presentations.
As the lead copywriter and producer, I spearheaded the creative strategy for this data-driven social media recruiting campaign. From concept to execution, I crafted compelling ad copy, defined the target industries (construction, healthcare, and hospitality), and developed a cohesive branding and messaging framework tailored to HR professionals and C-level decision-makers.
By leveraging precise audience segmentation, high-impact visuals, and persuasive messaging, the campaign optimized reach, engagement, and lead generation, delivering a competitive CPC and a strong applicant pipeline.
Germany’s labor market is evolving rapidly, and businesses must adapt to attract top talent. Jobilla’s 2022 Shifts in the German Labor Market Survey uncovered critical insights into the ongoing labor shortage and the pressing need for modernization.
